Meet Dr. Sharmila Shyamsundar

Dr. Shyamsundar (Dr. S), your friendly dentist in Falls Church VA, earned her degree from one of the highly-rated Dental Schools, New York University College of Dentistry in 2010. She successfully completed her implant restorations and Invisalign training the same year. Dr. Shyamsundar has been practicing in Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia ever since.
Dr. Shyamsundar’s philosophy of dental care is prevention based and a conservative approach. She strongly believes that regular dental check ups are imperative for addressing dental concerns in a timely manner and early diagnosis is the key for conserving tooth structure. Dr. Shyamsundar is constantly updating herself with latest technologies and is intrigued with newest developments in dentistry that contributes to preventative dental care.
Dr. Shyamsundar is a member of American Dental Association and the Virginia Dental Association. She lives with her family in Northern Virginia and enjoys traveling in her spare time.
